Modern laser technologies count as future key technologies with potential of a wide spectrum of applications, e.g., in the automobile industry, medicine, science and space technology. There are some laser material processing methods where separation and joining techniques in the micro and macro technology as well as surface procedures as marking, structuring and laser polishing.

The Impex HighTech offers a complete range of diode pumped laser systems. These contain passively as well as actively Q-switched systems. Our laser systems cover a spectral range from UV at 266nm to IR at 2,94µm. The focus of our laser department is the construction of compact diode pumped systems based on our monolithic Laser crystalsmanufactured by diffusion bonding . This glue-free method makes cavities with very low losses possible. By variation of different parameters as the length, the initial transmission or the degree of uncoupling, it is possible to realize individual laser specifications. Impex HighTech offers standard versions as well as laser systems according to the customers' requests.

Impex HighTech has developed a unique Er:YAG laser system with actively Q-switching successfully. This system allows us to produce pulses at 2.94µm in the double-digit ns range. Therefore, this technology creates new application possibilities in medicine and in industry
